Hi,

I'm new to the cluster but have looked through the other forums and can't find what I'm looking for, although this seems like an obvious operator error.

When I attempt to type conda (including create, or --version, etc) it simply returns
`-bash: conda: command not found`

I am wanting to install Locator ([GitHub - kr-colab/locator: deep learning prediction of geographic location from individual genome sequences](https://github.com/kr-colab/locator)), I have already requested access to the GPU on another community thread.

Thank you very much.

Hello Imogen,

To use conda, you can:

- load the module before: `module load conda`
- or install it following the documentation: [Miniconda — Conda documentation](https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html)

More information about conda: [Conda / Singularity / Module - IFB Core Cluster Documentation](https://ifb-elixirfr.gitlab.io/cluster/doc/module/#conda)

I also confirm that you have access to the GPU partition.

Have a good day
