Je cherche à faire tourner sur R sur le cluster (idéalement v4). Serait il possible d'intégrer les packages suivants svp ? :
BSgenome.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg38 (bioconductor)
NMF (CRAN)
lpSolve (CRAN)
nnls (CRAN)
GenSA (CRAN)
gmp (CRAN)
RCircos (CRAN)
signature.tools.lib (devtools::install_github("Nik-Zainal-Group/signature.tools.lib")
à noter que j'ai essayé d'installer cet environnement sur le Rstudio de l'IFB. Tout va bien pour l'installation sauf pour

L'objectif final est d'utiliser les fonctions calc.ai() calc.lst() et calc.hrd() de GitHub - Nik-Zainal-Group/signature.tools.lib: R package containing useful functions for mutational signature analysis
