I want to create workflow from scratch and i have an issue with the readMSn step
it's impossible to connect a datset collection input to the readMsn tool (see picture enclosed)
Do you have an idea?

Hi @yguitton ,
I got this once. In fact, I had a previous connection to it and I had removed the "input dataset box" but not the connection first and so even if I could not see it, I had to clear the previous ghost connection (on the readMSn step box) and then I could connect the new one again... I don't know if it is your case too?
