Cactus "cactus-pangenome: command not found"

Bonjour,
Je ne parviens pas à lancer l’outil Cactus. La manière de soumettre les génomes à analyser n'est pas hyper claire.
A ce stade j'ai comme erreur :
/shared/ifbstor1/galaxy/datasets2/jobs/004/422/4422934/tool_script.sh: line 10: cactus-pangenome: command not found

et

dirname: missing operand
Try 'dirname --help' for more information.
/etc/slurm/taskepilog.d/galaxy: line 15: docker: command not found

Merci pour ce report.
On nous a reporté plusieurs erreurs de ce type. Nous sommes en train d'en chercher la cause.
Nous revenons vers vous au plus vite.
