Can you install cactus on the cluster? I tried the singularity approach; however, it requires some python dependencies to be local in order to use slurm parallelization of the jobs.

Hello @lgonzalez, cactus 2.8.3 should be available with module load cactus/2.8.3, let us know if something is not working as intended.
