Cannot activate my account

I received the mail, which include may credentials as my password and username.
I tried to sign in to IFB core cluster account manager, i enter the credientials that IFB send me and nothings happening, i cannot acces to the account. I asked to reset the password and and I received an error {"message":"Error during operation"}.
I think somehow it is not activated.

I don't understand what's going wrong.
I don't see any error with your account.
