Cannot open file in xcms adjustRtime (retcor)

Hi,

I have a new issue with the tool xcms adjustRtime (retcor). When I try to run it, it says that an error occured:

"Error in file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) : 
  cannot open the connection
Calls: source_local -> source -> file
In addition: Warning message:
In file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) :
  cannot open file '/jetstream2/scratch/main/jobs/56785767/tool_files/lib.r': No such file or directory
Execution halted"

I don't undertsand which file cannot be found. I hope you can help me.

Which Galaxy instance are you using ?

I'm currently using no instance as I am performing on galaxy.org. Should I run everything over on the IFB instance to make it work ?

That was our guess.

W4M tools are now spread on différent Instance behow the .fr on .org, eu .au.org.
We mainly manage the https://usegalaxy.fr here and personnally I don't have access to the usegalaxy.org backstage.

Can you post your issue on usegalaxy.org support - Galaxy Community Help and refere to this message in it?
