How can I solve that problem?
If the solution is increasing the capacity of the project I would like to ask increase the capacity of 'ekin_giangrande_embryo_singlecell' project to 500gb.

Sorry for the delay. "out-of-memory" error indicates you have to ask for more memory.
You last job (jobid: 38564142) requested 400GB of memory but need more (the command seff 38564142 show you the ressources used once the job is finished).
Just try with: --mem 600G or maybe --mem 800G
