I am trying to run a singel cell analysis by using IFB Core Cluster R studio.
I usually get an error which is related with "cpu time".
I could not solve the problem. Any idea how to solve it?

I'm not sure I fully understand the issue.
Actually, there is no limitation with RStudio server. Could you give us the error message ?
RStudio is available with a RStudio server (shared between several users): https://rstudio.cluster.france-bioinformatique.fr/
But you can also use RStudio through JuppyterHUB: https://jupyterhub.cluster.france-bioinformatique.fr/
Just sign in, define the options (number of CPU, RAM), start and select RStudio.
You will have a dedicated job to execute your RStudio environment.
