I'm working with DADA2 in Galaxy France. Currently I'm running the tool toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/dada2_dada/dada2_dada/1.30.0+galaxy0 in 140 files. Most of them have run successfully, but some of them are still on the queue, and they have been there for more than 6 hours. They are not in red or yellow, they're still in grey, as if they are still waiting to be processed. I have refreshed the site several times, but the status doesn't change. Could you help me with that, please?
