Bonjour,

Serait-il possible d'installer agrep ?
Je ne suis pas parvenu à l'installer sur mon Home

Bonjour Denis,

Le logiciel n'est pas packagé (dépôts linux, conda ou autre). Nous ne l’installerons pas à priori (manque de temps pour créer le module adéquate).

Mais rien ne vous empêche de l'installer/utiliser en suivant la petite procédure: GitHub - Wikinaut/agrep: AGREP - approximate GREP for fast fuzzy string searching. Files are searched for a string or regular expression, with approximate matching capabilities and user-definable records. Developed 1989-1991 by Udi Manber, Sun Wu et al. at the University of Arizona. ISC open source license since Sept. 2014.

Pour info, je n'arrivais pas à l'installer sur mon Home :

En fait, il faut faire :
git clone https://github.com/Wikinaut/agrep.git
cd agrep
make
