Merci pour l'installation. Est-elle finalisée? Si oui, je vois ce message d'erreur:
tabix is not installed (or cannot be located in the path). Install tabix with "conda install -c bioconda htslib".

Il semble qu'il faille également charger le module htslib pour que pixy fonctionne (Installation — pixy documentation)
