Output files, such as datamatrix and variable metadata, correctly display the number of rows and columns, but remain empty when opened. This problem has persisted for five days now.

We currently have a technical problem on this server: some of the datasets finish in green state but the content is not saved. We are currently investigating and we will fix this as soon as possible.
