Bonjour,
Suite à alignement classique avec bowtie2 et après quelques heurs j'obtiens cette erreur "(ERR): bowtie2-align died with signal 7 (BUS) (core dumped)" dans le fichier Log de bowtie2.
quelqu'un à déjà eu cette erreur ?

I am running bowtie2 mapping and after a few hours I get this error "(ERR): bowtie2-align died with signal 7 (BUS) (core dumped)" in the bowtie2 log file .
Has someone already had this error ?
