Hi,

I have been trying to run data in Galawy W4m and I keep getting this error :
` Error: The following row name(s) is/are duplicated in the sampleMetadata table: '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', '', ''
when I import the Sample Metadata.

As I have succesfully used Galaxy W4m, I tried pasting the data onto a file that had previously worked, but I get the same error. I also tried deleting multiple unused rows and columns, but same error as well.

Anyone knows a way to avoid this error ?

Hi,

Can you check that the very first column of your file is not empty or only contains space or blank?

If possible can you share the file or you history?

Hi,

I found the error this weekend,
I was working from someone else's file and had a filled cell row 8765 that I didn't know about, so all cells in between were considered blank I guess.
