Error xcms plot chromatogram

I don't understand the error in my workflow with xcms plot chromatogram, despite several tests.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.

Your problem is due to the fact that your sampleMetadata file (dataset 356 in your history) contains spaces in the QCs' ID. Indeed, it seems you unintensionnaly wrote "QC1 " instead of "QC1" for example.
What you need is simply re-importing your sampleMetadata file, having previously corrected it deleting the additional spaces in the QCs' IDs (first column).
