Last week, I received an email informing me that my account (sorozcoarias) would expire on 20 December. Unfortunately, I did not see the message until today when I tried to access the cluster. Now I cannot access the system to request an extension, and my project is still ongoing.
Could you please help me regain access to my account and my project? Thank you, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
