Dear IFB team,
I would like to request the installation of the newest version of the genome assembler Flye (v2.9: GitHub - fenderglass/Flye: De novo assembler for single molecule sequencing reads using repeat graphs ) which includes the option of using Nanopore data basecalled with high accuracy models among other improvements. I tried to install it locally using conda, however I received the following error message:
[Errno 122] Disk quota exceeded: '/shared/home/jazminblaz/.conda/pkgs/zlib-1.2.11-h36c2ea0_1013'
