I would like to use PacBio raw reads from public datasets, is there any tool already installed on the cluster to call the "HiFi" sequence for each read ?

There are a lot of tools already installed you can see the list with the following command:
module avail
Sorry I don't know which one will do what you're looking for.
If you need one software not in the list yet, please feel free to ask.
