Hi!
I'm trying to run the tool mergePairs in DADA2, but it's not going correctly because the files within the collection generated by dada are not aligned in the same way as they are in the collection generated by filterAndTrim.
Could someone help me to find a solution for this? I tried to generate new collection datasets to align them in the same way but I don't know how.
