I want to share a genomic workflow to be tested on usegalaxy.fr.
This workflow is on my local instance (not published) and some tools are not installed on usegalaxy.fr.
I make a tool.yaml file with all dependencies, could you install these tools and associated databases ?
Database are to Bakta, kraken2, amrfinderplus, bracken, recentrifuge and plasmidfinder tools
All tools have a data_manager on the IUC expect plasmidfinder, the data_manager is on the testtoolshed (pimarin owner)
