Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to add the latest versions of biobakery_workflows (biobakery_workflows) and metagenome-atlas (metagenome-atlas) as modules?

If that is not possible, if you could add the latest versions and database for metaphlan (metaphlan) and humann (humann) as modules would be very helpful.
