j'utilise le jupyter hub pour faire une analyse avec R (et un rapport html qui va avec) sur des données. J'ai besoin d'installer des packages qui ne sont pas disponibles dans l'environnement de base. J'ai utilisé
install.packages("lsr")
puis rédemarrer le kernel et ça m'a bien permis de le charger (library(lsr))
mais quand j'essaie d'installer le package "ggcorrplot", j'obtiens l'erreur suivante :

En cherchant, je crois que c'est peut être un problème de compatibilité des versions des dépendances. Mais je ne sais pas trop comment régler le problème, ni s'il y a une procédure particulière à suivre pour installer des packages sur le jupyter hub...
