LCMS data in polarity switch- XCMS- MSconvert parameters

Hi,

Just received that question today, "What should I do if I have polarity switch (POS/NEG) LCMS data files ?"

The answer is if you want to process them in W4M with xcms you should split the file in 2: One for NEG one for POS using Msconvert it's easy just add the Subset option like below
