Hello, I would like to install the omnipose software in a conda environment, I tried to do the installation via pull request but the service got stuck. Omnipose is a general image segmentation tool that uses deeplearning, I intend to use the models with the cluster GPUs.

Thanks,

Hello Tulio,
I don't understand what you mean by:
Maybe you can try to install Omnipose directly in your environment with GPU support: GitHub - kevinjohncutler/omnipose: Omnipose: a high-precision solution for morphology-independent cell segmentation (we use CUDA version 11.4) ?
For sure ! I can try to create the env and install it. What I meant was that I tried to add it as a tool via gitlab.

Ok. Great. Maybe you can do a Merge Request and we will have a look at.
The pipeline can be a little bit tricky sometimes.
I tried, but it didn't work. I don't know what I did wrong.

Oh yes, I didn't see it... sorry.
I reply directly on the Merge Request.
