We saw with @yguitton that all tools are disordered now... It was a strength of our Galaxy to have them ordered I think
So can someone can help us and correct that ?

Can you have a look on that issue? It seems that the change in the order of tools is not the only drawback of the recent changes. For exemple it's now impossible to use the ReadMSData tool in a workflow. Error : "'NoneType' object has no attribute 'serialize'"
It works if we run it manually but not if included in a workflow.

Je n'utilise pas W4M régulièrement, quel est le problème exactement sur l'ordre des outils ? C'est censé suive l'ordre déclaré dans files/workflow4metabolomics.yml · master · Institut Français de Bioinformatique / usegalaxy.fr / tools · GitLab
Pour ReadMSData, c'est un autre problème, qu'on avait du mal à reproduire, le fait que ce soit lié aux workflows est un bon indice, on investigue

Justement l'ordre déclaé dans le yml file n'ai pas suivi. Par exemple la section Processing LCMS commence par camera:annotate au lieu de commencer par msnbase_readmsdata
Je vois que le serveur est en maintenance peut-être avez-vous trouvé
