Overloaded memory on personal account

Hello, I have a problem with my account (cncc_singlecell). I launched a job that exceeded the storage capacity and now every job I launch is blocked and will not output anything due to this problem. I have freed up enough space through the file manager that I use to organize my account (filezilla), but this does not seem to register on the server, as it reports the same memory usage. Is my account somehow blocked and could you help me? Thanks in advance

For your project, you use ~7TB, but you have 6TB (/shared/projects/cncc_singlecell).
You have this information when you log in or with the status_bars cncc_singlecell command.

You can delete your STAResults/../../<...>.temp files and if your jobs still crash (need more space) we can rise your quota.
