Problem acceding my account at IFB cluster and web page

Hi, my account was expired at November 16th 2022 and I'm trying to access to my account in the IFB web page (https://my.cluster.france-bioinformatique.fr/) to request an extension, but my password isn't working. Is it possible please to recover my password and also request the extension of my cluster account (sorozcoarias)?

Hi,

You have received several email to extend your account and without action your account have expired (so password does not work anymore).

I reactived your account just now.
