I can´t see my results. If I set the output to be displayed on the site, it never finishes. Whereas if I select the option to send the results to my mail, I receive a mail that says my results are already available however when I access the attached link I get a "Website not found" error.
I´ve already tried running the tool several times, and have waited almost over a week. Please help!

Could you precise to us the command or the website that your are trying to use ?
Is it related to your other post "RSAT Metazoa isn´t loading" ?

Sorry to answer so late, I had not realised that this ticket had been posted. Is the question still valid ? If so, could you please try to reproduce the test and post the full URL of the result page ?
