I wanted to use the odb12 database for the Eukaryotes lineage for Busco analyses of my genome assemblies (tool Busco Assess genome assembly and annotation completeness(Galaxy Version 5.8.0+galaxy2)). I didn't manage to do this by chosing "All odb12 2026-03-20-145944" in "Cached database with lineage" and "Eukaryota" in "Lineage". I didn't find any other possiblity to do it since there were no choices available in "Select lineage". The Busco failed when I made this odb12 and Eukayotes choice with the error message "2026-05-05 20:56:18 ERROR: Unable to run BUSCO in offline mode. Dataset /cvmfs/data.galaxyproject.org/byhand/busco/all-odb12-2026-03-20-145944/lineages/eukaryota_odb10 does not exist."
Is there a way to solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
