Hi,
I was hoping to install Metabolic (GitHub - AnantharamanLab/METABOLIC: A scalable high-throughput metabolic and biogeochemical functional trait profiler) on the server. It needs access to the GTDB database and I didn't want to redundantly install it since I noticed it is already installed on the server.
