Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we are not able to restore /shared/ifbstor1/projects/mbnl_dct/human_cellline/rMATS_SplicingCounts/Ctrl_vs_DM1_Splicing_v1/ directory and I do apologize for that.
Our backup is short. Moreover our storage has been renewed and for the moment it's not possible to restore the data oneself.
