Request for Increased Resource Allocation on Galaxy

Dear Galaxy Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding a recurring issue I’ve encountered while running jobs on Galaxy. I’ve received the following error message multiple times:

“This job was terminated because it used more memory than it was allocated. Please click the bug icon to report this problem if you need help.”

As this is not the first time I’ve faced this issue, I would like to ask if it is possible to request additional memory or resources for my jobs, or if you could advise on how to better manage this limitation.

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, the memory is not linked to your account but to the tool.
We have increased the resources of the one you were using.
