Dear concerned,
I would like to use modkit(GitHub - nanoporetech/modkit: A bioinformatics tool for working with modified bases) for manipulation of my alignment files and saw that while a version of this tool is installed on the cluster, it is an older one(mod_kit 0.1.8), which is giving me some errors to run command.
Could you please install a newer version of the tool (mod_kit 0.4.4), it would be really helpful for me.
