I am analysing single-cell transcriptomics data in the context of my M2 internship and I need more storage space than I have currently (100GB). Is it possible to raise it to 500GB.

Hello,
It's not possible to have more space for the home directories (only dedicated to user files).
You have to request a project throught My account manager ("Request a New Project" button)
And so ask for a dedicated folder (/shared/projects/<myproject>) with amount of space needed.
You can have multiple projects.
