Restoring removed files from snapshot

Good afternoon,

I'm looking to recover some deleted files from the '/shared/projects/pangenome_coffea/edgar_coffee/Kraussia' folder, possibly from a databank snapshot or backup as close as of today, the 24/01/2024 at 16:00 GMT+1, if possible. Is there any way to achieve this?

Unfortunately, we don't have a backup of /shared/projects/pangenome_coffea/edgar_coffee/ in our system.
Really sorry.
We work on a new storage system to improve this.
