I’ve been having issues with the OpenOnDemand RTrainer module.
After requesting a job, the job gets stuck on “Starting…” and never returns the link to connect and at some point just marks “Completed”. This error seems systematic, independent of module, project or account.
Any ideas what could be causing it? I’ve been trying to use it as a training resource for my collaborators.

Same here. RStudio and Jupyter have been stuck on 'Starting' and then 'Completed' for me since last week. I’ve opened several tickets but haven't received a response.
