Slurm job queue full, sleeping and retrying

Dear IFB core cluster support team,

We are unable to submit jobs to the slurm queue now, with error message "sbatch: error: Slurm temporarily unable to accept job, sleeping and retrying".

While trying "salloc", we got a message saying "error: Slurm job queue full, sleeping and retrying".

Then, we checked the queue and found more than 9000 jobs pending there. There might be something wrong with the core cluster.
