The possibility to update my R version 4.3.3 to it become the latest R version 4.4.1 for my cluster account

But I would to confirm for you what you said, your are right when I get launch my session it showing up to me it is 4.4.1, BUT when I begin with me session and test the version from inside my session it showing up to me my R version is 4.3.3 beside that when I'm trying to install some packages those packages are saying me this package it works under R version 4.4.1 that confirm my R I n't has version 4.4.1 it's 4.3.3,

Please, please take a look into the attached files for my screenshots that prove what I did say for you. before my session get start is written is be 4.4.1, but from inside the session is showing up 4.3.3 and all my packages saying it isn't 4.4.1 my R version,

Please, please, help me I have to get all my results before the time of your cluster sever gets off, because of the electricity outage you expecting it that will be in first of October and will continue for one week at least,

Hello, there was an incident during the installation of new packages for R 4.4.1, it's being resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Many thanks for your reply, But ,my sir, it still has the same thing, please take a look for my screenshot which says my R version has 4.3.3 this is output for R.version, please how we can solve this as fast as possible

The R modules available on the cluster have hundreds of packages pre-installed, it takes time to create them every time someone asks for a new package they can't install locally or if something breaks, so it's still ongoing. We understand your frustration, but sending us several messages and emails is not going to speed up the resolution of this problem.

R/4.4.1 is back, we are currently re-installing some packages that got lost during the accidental downgrade. You can expect the full range of pre-installed packages to be available at some point in time tomorrow :slight_smile:
