Hello, for a master's degree project with Bonsai and Bilille, the subject is RNA-seq. We are using Trinity, but for the past week, we have not received the results, and the message indicates: "This job is waiting to run."
Do you know what the issue might be, and is it possible to run Trinity with our dataset? (Our dataset is relatively small as it is a test dataset.)

There is a maintenance from Friday February 2nd to Monday February 5th which will stop our equipment.
Your job will be launched at the end of the maintenance.
