I have the same problem. I've tried pinging "core.cluster.france-bioinformatique.fr" and "france-bioinformatique.fr" but neither responds. I think the servers are down.

One of our login node was crashed. It's repaired.
If you connect (SSH) to the generic address "core.cluster.france-bioinformatique.fr", this kind of issue is not a problem (usually).
