Unable to run some process on W4M

Hello,

I’m currently unable to run the findChromPeaks, groupChromPeaks, or retcor steps on the Workflow4Metabolomics platform. I’ve tried with several datasets, and even reprocessing data that had previously worked, but every step now fails (everything turns red).

I also tried using a colleague’s account with both my datasets and theirs, and the same issue occurs.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?
