Would it be possible to update mafft to a newer version, and to enable usage of mafft --dash (How to use DASH in MAFFT)

mafft is now available in version 7.515.
All pre-compiled packages support the --dash feature in versions ≥7.427.
As usual:
module load mafft/7.515
