Dear,
I would like to upload a file larger than 10Go (which seems to be the limit) in my directory for an analysis of fairly large single nuclei via Rstudio... can you help me?
Thank you and have a nice day

Hello,
There is no upload limitation, although some limits might apply when using a web interface. How are you proceeding, and what is the error message?
To upload your data, you can also use the command line or tools such as Filezilla, WinSCP, etc.
You can find more information and documentation here: https://ifb-elixirfr.gitlab.io/cluster/doc/data/data/#transfer
Hello,
I would prefer not to use the web interface, but right now I don't understand how it works, and with all the available tutorials, I keep encountering errors, so I decided to give up and use the web interface instead.
With Filezilla and WinSCP, I also get errors, and finally, when I try to upload my file, I get the error: merge_Seurat.qs exceeds maximum allowed size of 10 GB.
I hope you can help me.
With a web interface, I get the message "maximum allowed size of 10 GB". However, I don't encounter any issues with the command line or Filezilla.
With Filezilla and WinSCP, I also encounter errors
What are these errors? Could you provide us with a screenshot (privately, if you prefer)?
What is the size of the file? In which directory did you place it?
