I'm trying to upload my data with ZIP format. The problem is that my folder weigths more than 2 GB.
I don't know how to upload my complete data (almost 50 GB).
If someone could help me I would be very thankful.

You can use the datacollection upload as describe here
In short you can upload all your files at once into a datacollection and then use all the tools in W4M
