I am a user of the cluster under the account **jramirez@core.cluster.france-bioinformatique.fr. I received several emails indicating that I should extend the expiration date of my account, with a link provided to do so. I followed the link and extended the date, but my account has expired anyway. Could you please let me know how I can recover access?
In addition, I would like to reduce the maximum storage capacity of my account. It was previously set to 8 TB, but I only need about half of that.
