Installation de package R HMMtBroadPeak

Bonjour,

Serait-il possible d'installer le package R HMMtBroadPeak ( HMMtBroadPeak Guide • HMMtBroadPeak ). Je n'arrive pas l'installer. J'ai le message d'erreur : Error: Failed to install 'HMMtBroadPeak' from GitHub: Failed to install 'HMMt' from GitHub: Could not find tools necessary to compile a package Call pkgbuild::check_build_tools(debug = TRUE) to diagnose the problem. In addition: Warning messages: 1: In options(opt) : 'PCRE_study' has no effect with PCRE2 2: In options(opt) : 'options(stringsAsFactors = TRUE)' is deprecated and will be disabled
